The constitution imposed by the Allies. : It can't be helped. There was no one in Japan who could create a decent constitution.

McArthur's GHQ was initially trying to get the Japanese to make a constitution. As they looked at the draft constitution drafted by the Japanese, they were so awful that they would make a minimal amendment and order Japan to "make this the constitution of Japan."
There was no one in the Japanese who could create a decent constitution. The United States made such a constitution, thinking such a poor Japan. I think so.

The fact that McArthur's judgment was correct has been proven in history.
In the 70 years since the Constitution of Japan was enacted, there were nobody in Japan who could understand the constitution.

As mentioned in past articles, the historical significance of the establishment of the Japanese Constitution is described in the preamble of the San Francisco Peace Treaty.
The Allied Powers reviewed the enacted Constitution of Japan. As a result of the evaluation, the San Francisco Peace Treaty was concluded, and Japan's accession to the United Nations was decided.

The preamble states that Japan has been evaluated for its declaration of compliance with the principles of the Charter of the United Nations and for its declaration of an effort to fulfill the purpose of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
In the preamble, the name of the Constitution of Japan is not specified.
I am convinced that these two declarations are the Constitution of Japan.

If my conviction is correct, those who have inherited this historical memory of the Constitution of Japan will always exist. If the Constitution of Japan changes, those people will punish Japan.

It is considered that the Constitution of Japan is a written version of the principles of the Charter of the United Nations.
The principles of the Charter of the United Nations are the peaceful solution of the problem and the security of basic human rights. The Constitution of Japan is understood to be a reform of the two principles of the United Nations Charter into constitutional text.

Article 9 of the Constitution of Japan is understood to be a rewrite of the meaning of Chapter 1 Section 1 of the United Nations Charter.

The Allies will remember this historical fact.

If Japanese people have the ability to make a decent constitution, they will never forget the historical significance of the establishment of the Japanese constitution mentioned above.

A change in the Constitution of Japan means that the declaration of compliance with the principles of the United Nations Charter is withdrawn and the declaration of efforts to realize the purpose of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights is withdrawn.

This means that a change in the Constitution of Japan will lead to the invalidation of the San Francisco Peace Treaty and the invalidation of Japan's accession to the United Nations. Furthermore, it will lead the United States to choose to abolish the Japan-US Security Treaty.
Because the United States has signed the Japan-US Security Treaty on the premise of the current Constitution of Japan.

Japan is considered to have chosen to become a Fascist nation again, and will be isolated and cause military clashes with various countries. Japan's parliamentarians have no one who can properly manage such a situation. Japan runs out toward catastrophe.
Until now the Japanese did not understand such a thing, right?

Does this mean that Japanese people do not have the ability to create a decent constitution?

The purpose of the Constitution is not to decide the state of the country. The state of the country is determined by the sovereign. The purpose of the Constitution is the proper control of the nation.

If Japan loses proper self-control by the Constitution in case of changes the Constitution, it means that the Japanese can not create a proper constitution.

I forgot the name, but a constitutionalist was told in a television program that "the constitution is a restriction imposed on the nation learned from historical events."
That constitutional scholar should have researched thesis on the whole world, and had studied the constitution by himself.
His remarks should be his conclusion.

The current Constitution of Japan was enacted as a restriction imposed on the Japanese state in order to deter Japan from becoming a fascism again and to prevent the repeated tragedy of World War II?

One more thing to point out is that the constitution is a declaration of the will of the nation. Governments look at the constitution of that country and judge the national intention of that country. Then, decide on the response to that country.
Governments uses this thing for diplomacy.

As mentioned above, according to the preamble of the San Francisco Peace Treaty, the Allied Powers, recognizing the enacted Constitution of Japan as the intention of Japan, decided on the conclusion of a peace treaty with Japan, Approved the union membership.

For the past 70 years, there were no one in Japan who could understand this.
There was no one who could understand what was necessary to create a decent constitution.
